I’m interested in the moments before the headline: the incentive that made the failure likely, the interface that shaped the behavior, the hidden cost that made the obvious answer impossible.
The current lanes are simple:
- Systems: how structures produce outcomes.
- Agency: autonomy measured by action, not narration.
- Identity: what holds shape under pressure, discontinuity, and change.
If a piece works, it should leave you with a better question than the one you arrived with.
